We have had a fun weekend at home due to the snow and ice everything has been canceled. School was let out early on Thursday and Friday school was closed. The kids spent much of the morning and afternoon freezing...I mean sledding in the freezing cold. We are talking around 15-20 degrees. Afterwards, they would all run in for hot chocolate and a snack and then run back outside.Saturday, January 9, 2010

I was so bummed that I didn't get your invite to come sledding until too late. We would have loved to come. Scott actually almost decided to haul ourselves up there...but then we had to be at that dinner at 6. The next time it snows, don't worry about inviting us - we'll just show up!!! So glad y'all had fun!
Dad and I are so glad that you were FINALLY able to enjoy using the sleds!!! The jinx has expired! What fun and excitement the kids had (including Brad)! Love, mom
