Dogwood festival

I have always wanted to go to the Dogwood Festival for as long as we have lived in Georgia and as of this summer-that will be 10 years. We have no children in strollers (which is such a pain in a huge city to get around), so we road the train downtown and walked a few blocks to Piedmont Park. Brad and I completely fell in love with this park. If we could purchase a condo in this park we totally would. It is a place that the Kudlas family will visit often. Even though the Dogwood trees were past bloom, the whole park was beautiful and booming with visitors. Now onto the pictures. I think they explain themselves.

Oh my gosh! How cute!! They had a very skilled face painter doing kids faces!!! The kids looked adorable!!! The park looked beautiful - we'll have to go there sometime. Love, mom

Those face paint pictures are too cute. And that last one of Carsyn is just awesome! I've never been to the Dogwood festival either...maybe next year. :)
